All appointments will be conducted virtually through our secure platform via Therapy Notes or in person at your organization.  

• Individual Therapy

• ESA Letters
  We provide documentation verifying your need for an emotional support animal to help alleviate symptoms of a diagnosed mental or emotional health condition.

• EAP Support
  We provide customized organizational support by offering accessible mental health care services for businesses and their employees. Our team partners with organizations to create tailored plans that promote employee well-being, reduce burnout, and support a healthier workplace culture. 

• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
  EMDR is a powerful, research-backed therapy method used to process traumatic experiences and reduce emotional distress. It is especially effective for PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related conditions.

• Intervention
  We offer guided interventions for families or friends who are concerned about a loved one struggling with addiction or harmful behaviors. Our goal is to approach the situation with compassion, clarity, and purpose.

• Family Coaching

  Safe, discreet transportation for clients traveling to or from treatment or recovery-related services.

• Recovery Coaching
  Personalized coaching for individuals in recovery, helping them stay focused, motivated, and supported through life after treatment.
