Do you accept insurance?

Limitless Counseling Group is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. This allows us to provide personalized care without diagnosis-driven restrictions or third-party limitations. Upon request, we can provide a Superbill for clients who wish to pursue potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure client portal. Payment is processed electronically for convenience and security. Additional payment details will be provided during intake.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. All services are confidential and comply with HIPAA privacy standards. Your information is protected and will not be shared without your written consent, except in situations required by law (such as safety concerns or court orders).

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

Yes. We offer both secure telehealth sessions and in-person appointments, depending on availability and client preference. Virtual sessions are available to clients located in Texas.

What is your cancellation policy? 

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. This policy helps us protect appointment availability and maintain consistency in care for all clients. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible.
