Our Virtual IOP gives you structured, clinician-led substance abuse treatment without putting your job,

school, or family on hold. Sessions happen online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform — so if

you're anywhere in Texas with a private space and an internet connection, you can join.

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a step between weekly counseling and inpatient rehab:

9–15+ hours of therapy per week, delivered in a group and individual format, without an overnight stay.

Virtual IOP delivers that same level of care remotely.

How Virtual IOP Works

• Format: Live, therapist-led group and individual sessions delivered over secure video — not pre-

recorded content.

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday evenings, 5–8 PM CST

• Program length: 6 weeks

• What you need: A private, distraction-free space, a phone/tablet/computer with a camera, and a

stable internet connection.

• Group therapy focused on relapse prevention, triggers, and accountability

• Individual counseling sessions

• Family coaching/involvement where appropriate 

• Diagnostic assessment at intake

• Coordination with intervention services if needed
