Lillian Wilson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience specializing in addiction, trauma, codependency, and a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and psychosis.
Lillian’s therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-focused care, integrating psychodynamic theory with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also draws from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet each client’s unique needs.
Since 2013, Lillian has worked with diverse populations, including individuals facing homelessness, legal involvement, and crisis situations. Her work is driven by a belief that healing comes from uncovering the root causes of pain and transforming it through empathy, support, and truth.
Lillian is also an active member of a 12-step recovery program, bringing her lived experience into the therapeutic space with compassion and purpose.
Outside of her work, she enjoys nature, animals, and time with her college-age son. Born in Australia and raised on the East Coast, she now calls Texas home. Lillian holds a bachelor’s degree from TCU and a master’s degree from Tarleton State University.
