Payment Policies

• We are a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance at this time.

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the session.

Texas State Compliance

As a counseling practice based in Texas, Limitless Counseling Group complies with all applicable Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) and Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors regulations.

Duty to Report:
Texas law requires that we report any suspected abuse of children, elderly individuals, or vulnerable adults to appropriate authorities.

Court Subpoenas:
If your records are subpoenaed by a court of law, we are legally obligated to comply, although we will attempt to notify you when appropriate.

Limitless Counseling Group does not provide crisis or emergency mental health services. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact:
